Alpina Consult Consulting Company is looking for the personnel for its client specializing in medical equipment.
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience on the same position
- higher education
- fluent English
- experience in translating and correspondence with foreign partners
- PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Outlook Express)
- self-organized, confident and responsible person, friendly and calm, assiduous and punctual, open for new knowledge
- female, aged 21-40
- accurate in appearance and conduct, intelligent with grammatically correct speech
- NO PERNICIOUS HABITS
CHIEF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- receiving and distribution of calls
- reception of visitors
- receiving, calculation, registration and storing of documented information
- operative communication with collaborating organizations (both commercial and state) and citizenry concerning the company’s functioning
- fulfillment of the head’s instructions concerning financial and economic activity
- translating of documents from/into English
- preparing of tender documentation
Career prospects.
PAYMENT: 600-700$, on the probation period (during a month) – 600$,
Operating schedule: from 8:30 till 18:00.
Additional compensations: lunch paid, mobile phone, vacation in accordance with current legislation.
Location: not far from Respublikanskiy Stadion underground station .
